SYMPOSIUM VENUE
The venue of the symposium is Habitat World at India Habitat Centre (IHC), Lodhi Road, New Delhi. IHC provides some of the finest convention facilities in the country. It is spread over nine acre area amidst beautifully landscaped environs. New Delhi reflects rich cultural heritage of Indian traditions manifesting unity in diversity and portrays all signs of one of the world’s fastest growing economies. In order to provide insight into the richness of the Indian culture to participants, two cultural evenings will be organized during the symposium. Weather is expected to be pleasant during March in New Delhi with day temperature 20- 25°C and night temperatures around 16-20°C. In addition, local sightseeing tours in and around Delhi, viz., Agra (200 kms to reach Taj Mahal), Jaipur (250kms to reach Pink City), Bharatpur (250 kms to reach Bird Sanctuary) etc., can be arranged, depending on response, on chargeable basis.
SYMPOSIUM LANGUAGE
English will be the official language of the symposium.
TECHNICAL PROCEEDINGS
Technical deliberations during the symposium will be conducted in parallel sessions to accommodate different topics of related technical areas. PC based projection facilities will be made available. The technical sessions will include:
  • Plenary lectures and invited presentations
  • Oral presentations of technical papers
  • Poster presentations
  • Panel discussions
BUSINESS TALK
Business talks for the Additive Manufacturers / related Equipment Suppliers / Services in the area fuels and lubricants will be organized during the symposium. During this session, representative of a company will be allowed to give commercial presentation, brief demo and distribute product bulletins in 30 minutes. Fees for a business talk will be ` 75000 for Indian Company Speaker and US $ 2500 for Overseas Company Speaker. This fee willinclude free registration of two delegates.
