- INVISTA Apparel: creator of powerful consumer brands such as LYCRA® fiber and COOLMAX® fabric; innovator in global apparel markets, including ready-to-wear denim and sweaters, intimate apparel, swimwear, activewear and legwear
- INVISTA Intermediates: global supplier of nylon intermediates and polymers for a wide range of uses and specialty materials; applications include apparel, carpeting, polyurethanes, engineered plastics, coatings, adhesives, building materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, cleaning solutions, fragrances and printing inks
- INVISTA Performance Surfaces and Materials: world leader in premium fibers and materials with trademarks including STAINMASTER® carpet, ANTRON® carpet fiber and CORDURA® fabric; applications include residential, commercial and automotive flooring, home and hospitality, airbags, luggage, outdoor gear, industrial workwear, sewing thread, cordage and a wide array of military product offerings.
- INVISTA Polymer and Resins: producer and marketer of high-quality polymers and polyester intermediates; applications include beverage and food containers, such as containers for oxygen-sensitive products; polyester intermediate feedstocks; and specialty polymers for a variety of industry applications, such as engineering polymers, film and fiber.

History
INVISTA is an independently-managed, wholly-owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc. In 2004, subsidiaries of Koch Industries, Inc. acquired INVISTA from DuPont and combined it with KoSa, a Koch affiliate since 1998. Koch Industries is one of the largest private companies in the world and owns a diverse group of companies, which have a presence in nearly 60 countries and employ about 70,000 people.
